Do
I Need a Portfolio..??
Yes...This
will show prospective clients what you look like on film/Print. A
models's portfolio today
will consist of a traditional Portfolio of Colour
and BW Prints, but also set of Digital images which can be emailed
to
prospective clients.
What
Does T.F.P / P.F.T Stand For..??
This
stands for Time For Prints or Prints For Time, this is where you give
your
time to a photographer in exchange for a selection of Images/Prints
for
yourself to add to your portfolio.
How
Old Do I Have To Be..??
There
is no age requirement/restrictions to model and have photo's taken,
although if you are under 18 years of age there are restrictions of
the type of
modelling you can undertake, and your parents/guardian's consent will
be
required and they will need to be with you at the shoot.
I'm
New - Can You Teach Me How To Pose..??
Yes...My
partner Sarah is always on hand and would be very happy to teach
you the basic poses you will need to start a modelling career.
Can
I Bring a Friend/Relative With Me..??
Yes..Of
course you can, chaperones are very welcome to accompany you.
If you haven't anyone to bring along, my partner Sarah is ALWAYS present
at all shoots. Sarah will help New models with basic poses.
What
Should I Bring With Me For The Shoot..??

A Selection of Clothes
A Selection of Matching Lingerie/Underwear
Does
The Shoot Take Place At A Studio..??
No...I
use my lounge and transform it into a studio. All of the examples
shown
were taken in my lounge.
Where
Are You Based..??
I'm
based on the North side of Leicester, 10mins from M1. If you're travelling
by
Train
or Bus I will pick you you up and drop you back to either the Railway
Station
or Bus Station.
Will
You Pay My Travel Expenses..??
I'm
happy to pay reasonable travel expenses.
What
Equipment Do I Use..??
I
shoot with a Fuji S1Pro digital camera, lighting is provided
by 3 x Studio Flashheads.
How
Long Will A Shoot Last..??
We
like our shoots to be fun and as relaxed as possible with lots of
breaks, so
generally ask you to get to us for 10am so that we can have a chat
and have
a couples of cups of Tea's/Coffee's before starting the shoot.
Average Shoot: Start 11am - Finish 4pm
Shoots can be arranged Weekdays and some Weekends.
How
Many Photographs will I Get For My Portfolio..??
This
will vary depending on your modelling experience and how well you
get on are
in front of the camera to be honest, but generally there will be somewhere
between
20 - 40 images good enough to keep. Once I have worked on these images
(edited,
re-sized and made them Web / Email friendly) they will be put onto
a CD and sent
to you. I
will also supply you with 4x 8"x12" prints.
